Whitehawk Primary School is a happy, caring and nurturing school. We are an all-through primary situated in the east of Brighton close to the marina. We have 2 classes in every year group.
We are passionate believers in ensuring children make good progress and receive good teaching in an inclusive, supportive and challenging environment. It is very important to us that everybody in our community feels part of Whitehawk Primary School; the governors, staff, parents, children and local residents all work hard together to make things even better. We are continually improving and Whitehawk Primary School is on the up - we make sure everyone strives to do their best! This year we are working incredibly hard on making teaching and learning even better so that all of our children can make great progress and go on to achieve lots of success.
I strongly believe that the children are at the centre of everything we do and I know we have a team who work tirelessly to ensure they have the very best experience of school. I feel proud to be leading a great team of teachers and teaching assistants, learning mentors and individual needs assistants, mid-day supervisors and office staff through the next stage of our development and I look forward with great anticipation to our future success.
